Staging
Making the First Impression the BEST Impression
|
What is Staging?
Staging is preparing your home to sell bringing out your homes best features
showcasing it and with Home Appeal Services you have the best opportunity to
sell at the highest dollar in a shorter amount of time. Staging saves you money;
we use what you have, only add a few things and without the high cost of
interior decorators. A staged home sends that message of a well cared for home,
not just a house.
We will be taking pictures to bring back to the office to work out details and color schemes.
Real Estate agents ask their potential buyers what they want in a home as, how
many bedrooms, baths, price range, etc. With our skills working for you setting
the stage for thier First Impression being the Best Impression, your agent will
want to show off your home first or sometimes they save the Best for last!
Your buyer will remember your home as " THE ONE", you will have the best
chance to sell first.

What We Do
We use what you have, add some updates and color to make your home the best
showcase, inviting and unforgettable. We refine, redecorate, and stage
your home for sellers and those just wanting a fresh look without the expense
of an interior decorator. To find out more detail please call for your
consultation.
Is it expensive?
Four R's: Redesigning, Redecorating, Refining and Refreshing the look of your home using what you have.
Adds up to savings. Using your furniture like props
on a stage giving your home a whole new look.
Some people want to try to stage their own homes, only problem is they are accustom and
attached to their surroundings which makes it hard to decide what to use or not use.
Its hard to see the possibilities because they see everything on a
daily basis which make it hard to take away some items and possibly use them elsewhere
in the home or to pack them for their next home.
What is the difference between a Professional Stager and an Interior Decorator/Designer?
After speaking with many Real Estate professionals I realized that most didn't know the difference between an"Interior Designer/Decorator" vs. "Professional Home Stager" and how we work is so opposite. For the sake of space, I will be as brief as possible.
And remember, a Professional Stager will use what the homeowner has, saving them and you the Realtor as much as possible so you both realize a profit of better then average. *See brief examples a. and b. below
*Example: a. Interior Decorator/Designer:
Fills rooms with furniture and decor. To make your home personalized with your chosen style.
*Example: b. Professional House Stager:
We create space & depersonalize your house so everyone that sees it can envision it as "their" house. We want you to sell your house, not your style of decor!
It makes good sense to think the Real Estate agent will put a staged home on top of
the list that the buyer would want for their particular price range. And since
we stage all size homes we know your Realtor will have just the one your looking for.
Ask your Realtor to see their Staged Homes on their listings. |

STAGING HOMES- LARGE OR SMALL - OCCUPIED OR VACANT! |
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Home staging Home staging (British English: House doctoring) is the act of preparing a private residence prior to going up for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to sell a home quickly, and for the most money possible by attracting the highest amount of potential buyers. Staging focuses on improving a property to make it appeal to the largest number of buyers by transforming it into a welcoming, appealing, and attractive product for sale. Staging often raises the value of a property by way of reducing the home's flaws, depersonalizing, de-cluttering, cleaning, improving condition items, and
landscaping. For vacant homes, rental furniture is used to create a living space the buyer could "see" themselves in. Properly executed staging leads the eye to attractive features while minimizing flaws.
Home staging is the act of grooming or preparing a home to make it more attractive to potential buyers, thereby raising the value of the home. People have always "staged" their homes before selling them to command better prices, but in
the 1990s, staging became a profession for those skilled in the art of preparing homes for sale, creating light, neutral environments with as much space as possible. |
